Hi, my name is Simon! I am an all-round project manager and hands-on problem solver at seecon. I cover the entire project cycle from customer acquisition to impact evaluation regardless of the complexity of challenges, diversity of user groups or fragility of institutions. I see myself as networker, facilitator, trainer, researcher, and coach for all things related to WASH entrepreneurship, business model innovation, organizational change management, cross-sectoral collaboration, online learning, and participatory, user-centred design.

I got to know seecon as a project partner in a multi-stakeholder project in Peru, back in 2016. When a project manager position became vacant in 2018, I did not think twice before applying to become an official member of the dynamic seecon team! This company has truly boosted my transition from action research to development practice and allowed me to mature as a young professional without losing my out-of-the-box thinking and appetite for exploring the unknown. Today, I truly thrive when challenged by complex and interdisciplinary tasks that require flexible, imaginative, and sustainable approaches.
