The WASH Hub – A dynamic, user-friendly online platform designed to transform how WASH professionals access, share, and apply crucial knowledge.
One of the most significant factors hindering organisations from achieving good performance and offering innovative products and services is the lack of internal capacities and structures for success. Especially in our globalised and hyper-dynamic world, organisations need to reinvent themselves and adapt to stay competitive constantly. But unfortunately, many organisations lack the means to assess their current functioning and tweak it to achieve their goals.
Organisational development is a process that helps organisations build their capacities to achieve greater effectiveness by developing, improving, and reinforcing strategies, structures and processes.
Today, more than ever, it’s essential that all actors working to develop countries sustainably have the internal capacity to create and implement effective programs. Therefore, by developing impactful organisations, we contribute to SDG 17 “Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalise the global partnership for sustainable development”. Furthermore, we support the transversal targets in capacity building, such as 6.a of expanding support to developing countries in water- and sanitation-related activities and programs, and 13.b promote mechanisms for raising capacity for effective climate change-related planning and management.
From a clear vision over a sound impact and business model to effective incentives and tangible guidance and tricks. We look forward to supporting you on the road to effect!
